Mechanisms of Pathogenicity (MICR341): The goal of this course is to present advanced concepts in the field of infectious diseases including virulence factors and host responses. It describes the process by which pathogens cause disease in humans and animals. During laboratory work, techniques to study virulence are performed and bacterial pathogens are identified. As an assignment, the students contribute to the course blog.
